Growing up tall and skinny with low self-esteem, Matt struggled with confidence until discovering resistance training, which transformed not only his body but also his mindset through increased confidence, mental clarity, and personal growth. As he developed as a coach, he embraced the idea of mastering his craft and began to recognize the importance of proper rehabilitation, movement patterns, and injury prevention—leading him to specialize in mobility training. He believes a healthy body requires a balance of strength, cardio, and mobility work, and as a personal trainer and mobility specialist, he’s passionate about helping people of all ages and abilities overcome limitations, fix imbalances, and move pain-free—proving that “getting older” doesn’t have to mean slowing down.
